Data collected

The only processing of personal data on this website is the contact form. It collects:

• your email address;
• your name and your company’s name, if you provide them;
• your message.

No other data is requested. The website has no user accounts and no advertising, and does not measure its traffic.

Purpose and legal basis

Your information is used only to reply to your message, and then to follow up on any business relationship that may result from it.

The legal basis is the legitimate interest of Labox Applications in answering the requests it receives and, where the request is aimed at entering into a contract, steps taken at your request prior to entering into it (Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Recipients and processors

Your data is only accessible to the people at Labox Applications who handle requests. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

• Google Ireland Limited: website hosting (Firebase Hosting) and storage of your message in the Cloud Firestore database, from which it is sent by email to contact@labox-apps.com.

Google’s services are subject to Google’s terms, which govern any transfers outside the European Union through the mechanisms provided for by the GDPR.

Retention period

Your data is kept for three years from our last contact with you, then deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, as well as the right to object to its processing. You may also set instructions regarding what happens to your data after your death.

To exercise these rights, write to contact@labox-apps.com. We may ask for proof of identity if there is reasonable doubt.

If, after contacting us, you feel your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL): cnil.fr/fr/plaintes.

Cookies and third-party content

The labox-apps.com website does not place any cookies on your device and does not use any audience measurement tool. That is why it does not display a consent banner.

The application pages show videos hosted on YouTube. Until you start a video, only its preview image is loaded from Google’s servers, which therefore receive your IP address. Playback, which you start yourself, goes through youtube-nocookie.com, YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, and is subject to Google’s privacy policy.

The images of the technical articles are loaded from the evelyne-chanson.fr blog. Links to our applications, to Labox Réserve and to this blog open other websites, which have their own rules.

If we ever add a tracker that requires consent, this page will be updated and your consent will be asked for beforehand.

This policy may be updated. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
